   ummmm most of these words are not real words but yes indeed abbreviations so technically you could not count them as words and I dont know if you know this but “Y” actually counts as a vowel…. yea

    I don’t even know if these are real words or if “y” is REALLY a vowel and most of them are abbreviations like “TSKS” thats an abbreviation for tAsks, tUsks and many more.

    wow well it seems like a lot of people don’t like this but it’s ok…. and most of it can be used as txt talk so it’s not words without vowels if you look in a dictonary then you would find out that they are abbreviations and they don’t count and in words like shy and cry the y sounds like an i so it is a vowel.

    Cwm is a great word . I use it in other games like hangman a lot. It’s common enough even dictionary.com has it.

    I once walked through a cwm, playing my crwth, and by the time I got to the other end I really needed a cwrw (beer). W in welsh is pronounced as double u, so every welshman knows how to pronounce it, even if he doesn’t actually speak welsh.

    Yep, I knew about some of those, especially some of the easy ones with Y, like Fly. I think most people knew “fly” was a word.

    Dear people like JYazzmen, Jessica, and AlexG,
    Your stupidity and ignorance is so blatant and infuriating that it could not be left ignored. Just because you use TSK as an abbreviation in your texts for task does not mean that it is not a real word. To think otherwise, as you clearly do, is pure moronity. Tsk is a word and is in the dictionary.

    Finally, to claim that the letter y is always a vowel is wrong. Why you thought it necessary to comment on this when in fact you had no true knowledge of the topic simply bewilders me. A vowel is a speech sound which is produced by comparatively open configuration of the vocal tract, with vibration of the vocal cords but without audible friction. Referring to this definition it is true that Y acts as a vowel in words like myth or rhyme. However, in words like yellow it acts as a consonant.
    Despite this, you can assume that a grand majority of people visiting this site are in search of words for games like scrabble which, due to generalizations, tend to not count y as a vowel. If you had common sense, you would have realized that even though there was an inconsistency in the words posted in the list, it was still most likely the list that most people were looking for, rendering you stupid comment pointless.
    I accept that the world is filled with people that are ignorant, or unintelligent, and i have no problem with them. It is the fact that they, you, find the urge to post online and try to tell other people “the truth” when in fact you know next to nothing yourself. At least think, to see if what your saying even remotely makes sense before posting.

    Everything said made a lot of sense. But, think about this, what if you
    added a little information? I ain’t suggesting your content is not good., but suppose you added a headline that grabbed people’s attention?
    I mean Words with No Vowels is kinda plain. You ought to look at
    Yahoo’s front page and watch how they create article titles to get viewers to click. You might add a related video or a picture or two to grab people excited about everything’ve got to say.
    In my opinion, it could bring your website a little bit more interesting.

    I believe all of those words are wrong most of them have Y which when it makes the I sound the Y is considered a vowel. Also the rest of the words without Y are just abbreviations. Get your facts straight
