In recent years we have been able to learn more about the effect of vitamins and supplements on the body. Using vitamins over a long sustained period of time has shown good results in men and women both. Sometimes these vitamins provide essential minerals that our body doesn’t produce daily, but needs it in order to perform it’s daily duties. Asking your doctor is always the best method for safe and effective results. Try to get your daily requirements from the foods you eat each day and rely on vitamins as a 2nd source of good health. As long as women continue to buy and use these health supplements; look for the drug companies to continue to mass produce supplements and vitamins for women.
