Not a lot gets done around my house during the winter time. It’s just too cold on most days to get out in the yard and do any work. The more I stay inside; the lazier I seem to get. The less active we get usually shows up on our waist lines. For those that start diets during the winter time or spend the winter on one, I don’t see how they do it. I would imagine it’s much easier to lose weight in the summer time; than for those that try it during the cold winters. If you used the most effective diet pills on the market during these cold days, you may be able to help avoid those extra pounds.

What activities do you do during the winters? Is there something indoors we could do to keep from gaining weight? Not everyday is cold during the winter time, so there are certain days I could go outside. I guess cutting out the excuses would help me more; than to blame the weather for my laziness. I will perk up again when the fish start running up the river, but I doubt I get much more done until that time arrives. Fishing is usually the first outdoor activity I do; once winter is over with. When it gets time to cut the grass again, I will feel another lazy spell coming on.
