The lottery in my state of Georgia has certainly been a big help. We have a thriving budget in our educational system. The rapid growth of our population is no problem for new schools being built and the lottery has provided plenty of wealth for the school kids. I just wonder why we don’t create other lotteries to help other causes in need of money.

I think a national lottery would be a good idea. All of the ping pong balls could represent a state. We would have 50 ping pong balls and lottery players could pick their 6 states. This money could go toward the National Debt we have in this country or we could use it to provide money for the poor and needy families. I think another good way to distribute the money from the National Lottery would be to let the 6 states drawn in each lottery be awarded the money. All 6 states could divide that week’s proceeds equally and the money given to the state governments and let them decide how they want to spend their money. This would be a fair way to help each state in the United States of America. I think there is so many good things that could come from a national lottery and I hope we have one soon. I know lottery players would love a new game to play and would buy tickets to a national lottery. It’s worked well for education and now we have the chance to let the lottery make another impact in our daily lives in a positive manner.
