There has been a new will to surface in the Michael Jackson case. It appears he made out a will in 2002 and awards a few members of his family and charities for any items he may have that have any value. A judge has granted his mom Kathyrn the rights to his estate and also gave her the kids too. This was before the will was discovered and now things could change a bit. I’m sure this won’t go away anytime soon and there will be lots of trips to the courts to decide on this one.

Michael Jackson was in a lot of debt and I’m sure a lot will get paid to the bills he left behind; when he suddenly passed away last week. The King of Pop is no longer with us, but all the things he left behind will be talked about a lot over the coming weeks, months, and probably years too. The first controversy will probably come from this new will that was discovered on Tuesday and it should be interesting to see how the courts go from here. I have a feeling he will still be earning tons of money after all the bills are paid and he will be like Elvis Pressley. Elvis still earns a ton of money each year and they have did a good job to preserve his legacy as the King of Rock N Roll. Can the Jackson family keep the King of Pop as popular as Elvis?
