Just throwing the old baseball cap on and riding the trails is not the way its being done anymore. More weekend riders are taking advantage of the stylish equestrian wear they have to choose from these days. There is a much larger amount of clothes and safety wear available today, than there was just a few years back. The equestrian helmets have came a long ways. Today riders have the choice between the more durable and safer riding helmets, or they can choose some of the more stylish and flashy ones available. Also, you don’t have to get in the car or truck and drive a 100 miles to the nearest equestrian store either. It is much more convenient to shop online, for these riding helmets, horse shirts, and the other fashion accessories; that are now available to choose from on the Net. This works out really great, for those who live on the remote horse farms and far away from any normal civilization out there. If you or someone in your family is searching for stylish equestrian gear to wear, be sure to look around online, before you make any long trips to the local shops around your hometown. Have fun and be sure to watch out for those pot holes and be safe out there!

Can this really be happening in America in the early part of the 21st century? Is the current U.S. President, Barack Obama actually going to let our country’s space program close down? Taking the space shuttle off the American landscape is a huge step and one that doesn’t seem too smart. We are just now beginning to learn about the space technology and how things like satellites and our GPS systems, can benefit mankind on the ground. Not being able to put our own astronauts up in space, on our own terms, seems like a risky plan. Especially when we are relying on the Russian Space Program to give our American space men and women a ride out to space.

As an American citizen, do you have any opinions on this move to cancel our space shuttle program? We have built a long 5 decade history with our modern space program. We have achieved some big things over the last 50 years or so. I think the next 50 years, could be the best of them all. So why shut it down now? Is it because the tax payer’s are picking up the bill for NASA’s launches into space? Is it too dangerous to send spaceships into the stars above? Why exactly would the USA drop the space program now, when we are now relying on technology more than ever to help us in our daily lives? This move seems really strange and I wish our President could make a straight speech (just once) so we would know the truth to this move by NASA and the U.S. Government.

I am just an average citizen, but I can think of a half dozen reasons, why we should keep our outer space vehicles and it deals with our National Security. Obviously I don’t want to give any of the other countries any ideas on this subject, but I do have a few things; which would severely hurt the U.S. military and its allies across the globe. National Security seems to be an issue that doesn’t get enough attention these days. We saw tremendous strides after 9/11, but in recent years, we are starting to slip again. I don’t want to give the terrorists out there any ideas, but not having a space shuttle in our country now, is actually a benefit to our most common enemy in the 21st century.

Early 1970′s Technology

It’s really sad to see the hard work of so many people, finally come to an end, as the United States Space Program is non-existent now. I realize we have other ways and things will still continue, but the position we put our self in now, could have been avoided. Even if it was with a “dummy” space shuttle program, where we just acted like we didn’t want to make a trip, on our spaceship or on our rocket fuel. Who knows, maybe our shuttles have made less trips out of this world, than we really know now? I am still under the strong belief, we never did step foot on the moon’s surface, back in the summer of 1969. Do you think the USA went to the moon in 1969; when the video game Pong was not even created until 3 years later? Go look at the graphics and play a game or two of Pong and ask your self, if we really went to the moon 3 years before this video game was invented.

Honest Online Program Gets Noticed by Local TV News

Leave it to the Mommie Bloggers online to get the word out about anything good. I know making money for no cost is a real good thing. Recently a TV news reporter decided to do a story on work at home jobs. Since the economy has been sluggish lately, they wanted to see how some folks are making money on the Net from their computers at home.

One lady in this TV news story was a work-at-home Mommy Blogger. She has a variety of ways to make money on her blog and also writes up reviews for online programs. This is great information to beginners, so they can avoid the scam sites online. While doing this story, the TV news reporter happen to mention two different websites online, which this Lady Blogger was using herself. One of the programs mentioned on television was Hits4Pay. I didn’t have to look this one up, since I have been a member there for years. I can vouch for the Hits 4 Pay program online. It is totally FREE to join and you can begin making money from day 1. Before I give you some tips for Hits4Pay, let me show you this video of the news story I am talking about online.

Hits4Pay Program Mentioned on the TV News

Click here to view the embedded video.

Did you hear it? If you missed the Hits4Pay reference, please go back and replay the video again. It is around 1:09 (1 minute and 9 seconds) into the video; when the ABC News Reporter Courtney Brennan mentions the name “Hits4Pay” on the Channel 13 News from ABC.

The video up above gave a good tip at the end, that both of the women featured in this story, did agree with. This is to keep expectations low, especially when you first start. Your financial goals are really not even needed to begin with. Your first task is to get started!

Sign up for a few programs online and avoid spending money. There is plenty of free programs to start with, so no up-front money is needed right now. The goal is to wake up everyday and do at least 1 thing, that helps your online business. Make sure you use each and every day to push your online finances higher. As long as you work at this daily and never give up, you and anyone else will eventually succeed online. Most people have no problem with motivation and determination in the beginning. So if you’re a beginner now, just go out, do your own research, and have fun! Once you start to lose that motivation or its getting boring to work online, this is where I can help you (maybe?). It really will depend which paths you chose and what advice you have taken and began to put in use.

If you join free programs like Hits4Pay online and like to use the free advertising sites and methods on the Internet; then you’re speaking my language. My main source of income does come from blogging online, but I love my money-making websites the best! The ones that pay us cash money, when we are sleeping, watching movies, eating, or playing out in the yard with the family. Its a great feeling to be earning real money on the Internet, when you’re not even online or at your computer. It is not hard to get this set up either! Just remember to keep your financial expectations low and do something daily to improve it and you will be on the way to success!

Look over some of the programs above. They have all paid me real cash money and I plan to make more money with each of them in the near future. Some of these programs require us to come online and perform some type of actions. You will need to do this a lot in the beginning. Once you get more established online, you can begin to free-up some of your time, with some of these free online programs. Building up a downline, is the BEST way to make money with these programs and really any other online programs that pay real money. Instead of you and your computer performing these daily actions for cash, you can get others to do the work for you. Build up your work force! You’re the boss and its up to you to grow the business. Be sure to do your part of the work and your fair share each day. Your long term goal is to establish a big referral base on every level of these work-at-home jobs and programs.

Don’t worry about this and you don’t have to bother your neighbors, family, friends, and co-workers. You will get a referral link each time you join a new program. You take these referral links and add them on free traffic exchanges, newsgroups, message boards, social network sites like Twitter and Facebook. Yes, you can use your current Facebook account to help promote your new online programs you just joined!

For those living in the United States (and a few other countries accepted) please join SwagBucks now! This is a great website to make your new homepage. This is a really fun way to earn money online. You have a variety of ways to earn “swag bucks“. These “bucks” are NOT real cash money, but they can be traded for REAL CASH MONEY! Doing a few online searches a day, will give you the chance to win SwagBucks daily. It is really easy to earn these online bucks and they can be used in a lot of different ways. For instance, members at Swagbucks can enter the SwagStakes, which is my favorite feature, for the chance to win all kinds of different prizes:

*50 SwagBucks

*100 SwagBucks

*500 SwagBucks

*$25 PayPal Card

*$2,500 Amazon Gift Card

*$10 CVS Pharmacy Gift Card

*$50 Nike Gift Card

Does any of these Swagbuck Prizes interest you? It is totally free to buy tickets or entries into these prize drawings, for your chance to be the next big winner. Each prize has a different entry fee amount and the number of tickets they will sell. The PayPal cash for 25 bucks, only costs 50 SwagBucks for 1 entry ticket! But the best part, they are only going to sell 100 entry tickets for this prize! You have a 1 and 100 chance of winning! Some prizes have great odds like this; while others have lower odds, so the entry price is cheaper. These prizes change daily and there is always something new going on in the SwagStakes at SwagBucks. I earn 10 and 19 Swagbucks all the time, for just doing a search there. They have a search engine just like Google or Yahoo does. Use the Swagbuck Search Engine several times each day and you will earn 50 to 100 swagbucks with no problem.

Or you can just save them up and cash these in for real cash money! You will NOT have to save for 1 year and cash-in for 5 or 10 dollars. Most new members can make their first cashout request within 6 weeks of joining and often their payout is over 10 dollars! Yes, this is 10 dollars of real money!

Anyone who tries to earn a full time or part time living online from their computers at home, should be a member at SwagBucks and the Amazon affiliate program too! I love Amazon and its a great way to bring in a new stream of income. To join the affiliate program at Amazon, just go to any Amazon page online. Scroll all the way to the bottom of page and look for “become an affiliate“. Just click on that and you should be an Amazon Affiliate shortly!

The goal online is to create multiple streams of income. Swagbucks and Amazon should be on everyone’s list of money makers. Then you can pick and choose the other work-at-home programs for your multiple income streams. The more you have, the more money you will make in the long run. Don’t worry about focusing on 2 or 3 of your best money makers, so you can maximize them out at first. The focus to begin with online is to join lots of different programs and spread yourself out real wide online. The bigger presence you can create in this manner, the more cushion you have to fall back on, when things don’t go your way or a program decides to go out of business. So avoid putting all your eggs in one basket, until you have a couple of years of experience in the online marketing game. It is a game you can win, if you show up daily, don’t give up, and try to learn something new each day.

Stay in touch and I will share more interesting YouTube videos I have found, about making money online and the jobs at home. Also, I can provide you with a lot of free advertising platforms online.

Guest post written by Mae Lewis

I am what you would call a chocolate fiend. It seems like my day hasn’t really been complete until I’ve had at least one bit of chocolate in some form or another. I try to limit my intake so it’s still healthy, but when it comes time for them to put the Halloween candy out on the shelves, I can’t resist and buy it by the arms full! But I also love to make candy and other chocolate sweet treats too. I love cooking and baking and use those skills that I’ve acquired over the years to make some fun Halloween candy for myself and my family.

I don’t develop any of those recipes myself though, I get all of them online. I was looking a few weeks ago online to find some good recipes and while I was searching, I rana cross some info on tv and internet bundles. After I looked through it a little bit, I decided to change over our home service to one of those bundles.

I found this really good recipe for DIY peanut butter cups. They’re my favorite kind of chocolate candy and so I had to try making them. They were so good nad this is a recipe that I’m going to hold on to for years.

It was back in the early 1980′s and most people didn’t have a VCR. Even the elementary school I went to, had not yet got a VCR. It was a new piece of technology and it was just too expensive for most families to own. One day, out of the blue, my neighbors got a brand new VCR. I was amazed! They were not a rich bunch living next to me. They did have a few adults living at their household and I guess enough of them donated the money to buy a new VCR, back in the early 80′s decade.

I visited their home as they watched their first movie on VCR. I don’t know if they remember which movie they saw, but I sure did. It was the movie Porkys. It was a Rated R Movie and one that a 10 year old kid does not get to see too often. I was sitting in the floor with my best friend, as both of our eyes gazed at the 30 inch TV screen. I wasn’t even sure if this was “THE” movie, I had heard about. I said in a small whisper “doesn’t this movie show naked women“. She laughed and said “yes“, then proceeded to tell the rest of the family what I said. The embarrassment factor didn’t last long, cause I was about to see some flesh on the TV screen and I had never seen it on television before.

Later on, my family would buy our first VCR. It was a total shock for me. I didn’t think my parents had the money to afford one. I got my first VCR on a Christmas morning day. My Mom had got 2 movies by rental, for us to watch. I’m not sure what they both were, but the first movie we saw, on our own VCR, was the movie Tank with James Garner.

At my elementary school, the first VCR movie I saw there was Karate Kid with Ralph Macho and Pat Morita. Our school librarian liked the movie so much, she showed it to a lot of classes at my elementary school. A year or two later, our class would watch the movie War Games at school on the Video Cassette Recorder or VCR. Can you remember what the first VCR movie was you ever saw? Did you watch it at home or at school, when you seen your first VCR movie?

Hello everyone! Merry Christmas to those who celebrated December 25th, like my household did. We had the lights outside, the Christmas tree inside, with lots of presents under it. Now the early morning hours are over and everything has been unwrapped. Hopefully for some of those tough electronic items, which are encased in the hard plastic, I hope you had some scissors around for them. Or better yet, the box cutters work best! They are super sharp and can be used for much more than just your holiday boxes. A box cutter or safety knife has an advantage over other things like knives or a pair of scissors. They have the extra sharp blades in them, which makes it much easier, tearing into those electronic gift packages.

Now the clean-up process is underway and where do you start? It’s best if you just go ahead and bring the whole box of garbage bags in the living room or den with you. So you have plenty of places to throw trash in. Take 4 or 5 bags out and strategically place them around the room. Save yourself some steps, by placing these trash bags in every corner of the room and a couple of them in the middle of the room. Now when you find a piece of trash or something that needs to be thrown away, you will have a bag nearby to pitch it in. I can’t tell you or stress enough, how much time this will save you.

Don’t throw away any goodies! Be sure to keep your small packages, like the batteries, away from the trash and big pieces of torn Christmas paper. It is so easy to throw them away too. While you watch the kids opening the presents, it’s best to start the sorting process then. It always seems like something gets thrown away on Christmas morning or we think we threw it out. You don’t want to go through 5 garbage bags of trash, to find out, it was under the Christmas tree the whole time. And no matter how well you, the kids, or anyone else knows a certain product, like a new cell phone or a video game, be sure to save all the instructions. I see lots of households every year, wishing they would have kept the instructions, so they could do this or that. No matter how cheap or expensive, it doesn’t matter how big or how small the Christmas gift is, just do your self a big favor and save the instructions!

I hope your family enjoyed the morning today. I hope you only throw the trash away and none of the goodies or those valuable instructions; which you will need in a day or two. Break down the boxes if you need more room in the dumpster or trash cans. Don’t be afraid to get the utility knife out and cut down the boxes to a smaller size. Just think, only 364 more days and we get to do it all again!

I really miss my younger days with the jeep. I use to take the top down, put on my black cowboy hat, and ride the country roads of Cherokee County in North Georgia. Those were the days! Normally I would have a good music tape in or the radio playing extra loud. You do have to turn the radio up, if you want to hear the music, while going 50 or 60 miles per hour. The wind can get pretty loud, so turning up the tunes is a MUST, if you drive around with the top off. I get so jealous when I see other convertible vehicles on the road. Especially if it is a red jeep, because the one I use to have was red. It was a candy apple red with black trim. I had the big tires on it, screen wire over the headlights and taillights, plus an extra set of lights on the hood. The lights on the hood had the screen wire-look over them too. I could just flip a switch and turn these lights on. It was great for driving through the fog or lighting up a big area. One night while driving with the top down, I came across an accident scene. I was able to turn off the road with my front tires, so I could point my lights toward the off-road accident. Once my headlights was on the wrecked car, I was able to add extra lights, with those powerful hood lights. It worked great! Everyone was able to see what they were doing and I stayed there, until the fire department got their big utility lights out.

On Friday or Saturday evenings, I like to dress up and go cruising the local streets. My black Cowboy Hat was sharp. It was a big part of my “look” back then. My red jeep was all shiny from the good washing and waxing I would give to it. I would take a good polish and buff up the black trim, so it would stick out. My black tires would stick out too, since they were shinning brightly as well. Then I would be wearing a normal shirt, blue jeans, my cowboy boots, and that sharp cowboy hat, that everyone loved. I got as many compliments on my black hat, as I did for my Jeep Wrangler. I really do miss those days.

Now I am a decade older and I feel older too. The jeep is long gone and only a picture or two is the only memories I have of it. As for my black cowboy hat, I still have it. I keep it in the original box it came with. You have to do this with cowboy hats. If they don’t stay in a proper holder; then gravity tends to spoil them a bit.

Just this past Halloween, I got the old cowboy hat out. I put it on, along with my jeans, and boots. I took some black make-up and painted a beard on my face. Put on my western-style brown jacket and strapped on a BB pistol to my side. I didn’t go out or ever leave the house in my cowboy costume, but the nephews got a kick out of it. I have twin 6 year-old nephews and I dressed up for them, cause I knew they would be stopping by to trick or treat that night. So that was the last time, I wore my hat, but I still have it.

Not the way it was suppose to end. It just wasn’t suppose to end like this. Jorelys Rivera was a 7 year old girl living in Canton, Ga. She woke up Friday morning like all other school children did that morning, who attended Canton Elementary in Cherokee County. Her mom Joselin working an all night shift at Pilgrims Pride, a chicken plant off of Univeter Road in Canton, didn’t make it home in time to see Jorelys off to school. While Joselin the mother was probably tired, after working all night, she was in need of some sleep. Jorelys would ride the bus to school and would return home several hours later, in the late afternoon hours on December 2nd, 2011. Obviously Jorelys wasn’t too tired after school, as she would head outside to the playground at River Edge Apartments, off of Reinhardt College Parkway in Canton.

It really wasn’t that cold outside, for this 2nd day of December. It was actually a very mild and pleasant day outside in the North Canton area, just off of Riverstone Blvd. After playing around with her friends on the playground at River Ridge, Jorelys decided to go for some drinks. From what I have heard, it would appear she was able to get 4 cokes to drink. Obviously we see the signs of a very sweet girl here, as she was grabbing soft drinks for others, who were probably thirsty too, like Jorelys was that Friday day. The winter afternoon was starting to disappear, as the early evening hours was coming on fast and the kids outside didn’t have much daylight left, to stay playing on the playground.

While Jorelys coke run was around 5 p.m. that early evening; little did we all know at this time, she would only see one more person in her short lifetime. None of the kids on the playground could verify Jorelys coming back, after she left for drinks. Her teenage babysitter couldn’t place Jorelys around after she had left the playground. There was just no one around, who knew what had happen or where she might have went.

Knowing how this story would eventually end, it makes the next 90 minutes pretty tough to deal with. Like I said earlier, Jorelys only saw 1 other person, after her friends at the playground and the baby sitter had lost sight of her. The happiness and excitement that must have been with this child, on a early Friday evening day, where she was out of school for the weekend and just went to grab a drink to quench her thirst. At least I would like to think that she did take a few sips of that can Coca-Cola she ran to get; while the rest of her friends stayed at the playground.

For some reason, there was another person at the apartment complex that day, that had no business being there. I don’t know who they are, but even if they lived in River Edge Apartments in Canton, they still had NO BUSINESS BEING THERE! Not when their only desire was to physically grab a small 7 year old girl, beat her, stab her, and all of the other terrible things they chose to do that day. It makes no sense and there is no excuse! Whether the person was a teenager or a full grown man (i’m assuming gender based on the words of Vernon Keenam at the GBI Press Conference Tuesday Mornig), they should have been there at this place and time, with a smile for Jorelys and not any violent actions. This person should have been there, ready to help Jorelys or defend her from anything which might have scared her. Not taking it upon their self to be the attacker, to such a defenseless person. Even after the first hit or stabbing action, there should have been some voice of reasoning to come in and say “stop!“. Sure the community would have been upset, the police would have came, and the hunt would have been on for a person, who hit or stabbed a small child. This awful scenario would have still been a million times better; than the true story of Jorelys Rivera and her attacker.

The family, friends, community, and the whole state of Georgia are now left with a big void and asking the question “why?”. After 5 p.m. on Friday, only the attacker had the chance to see her last. Once the local officials did get involved, they wasted no time Friday night looking for her and assembling a massive team of law enforcement.

Many are aware of the Amber Alert, which is a warning system to alert everyone in a certain state, that a child has been taken. Once the Amber Alert is given out, there is some type of details that follow, so the public can help. In Georgia, we have the Levi Alert; which works the same way as the Amber Alert does nationwide. No Levi Alert was issued Friday night or during the weekend hours, since there was no eyewitnesses or any other information; which the authorities could have passed along to the public. The GBI in Georgia does admit, they like to reserve the Levi Alert as much as possible, so it will be more effective, when a child does go missing. The Canton Police Department and the Cherokee County Sheriffs Office had no information, which they could relay to the public. I hope the family of Jorelys Rivera understands this part of the search process. I would be the first one screaming “foul” if I thought the local or state officials did anything, in the least little bit, to delay the search for Jorelys.

Once Saturday morning arrived on December the 3rd, it was clear this story did have some mystery to it. I heard for the first time on Saturday, from the local television news, that a little girl was missing in m hometown. So for me, I was just getting the news, when others close to the case had already been working it for 24 hours. I can’t imagine how slow or how fast the time went by or didn’t go by, for the family and friends of Jorelys. The daylight hours of Sunday would soon arrive and still no word or any new information. Once the Sun went down Sunday night, the investigators began to look more in one direction. That direction was abduction.

The local TV station in Atlanta, Fox 5 News at 10 p.m., still did not see the missing girl in Canton as the top story. It was the preacher or Bishop Eddie Long who would grab the top headline spot, as their news cast began that night. The Bishop was taking a leave from his church post in Atlanta. After reporting this news story first Sunday night, the second story was about Jorelys. The main topic of the night was basically no new leads and the search would be extended. It was also reported and a local official in Canton, said they had already “searched 35 acres approximately“.

I think the fear really sits in now. After hearing about a search of this size and how much ground they had covered around the River Edge Apartments, it would seem Jorelys was in a vehicle and away from her home area. Or her abductor was holding her hostage, in a area the authorities have not yet searched.

Monday morning arrives and now all the characters are in place. There are 65 investigators on the scene, the City, County, and State Police were all present. The G.B.I. or Georgia Bureau of Investigation was in Canton and was the lead authority (it appeared). Plus the F.B.I. was present and ready to lend their help and resources to the local and state officials, who were actively working on this case. Now with so many agencies, people, local and national media helping out; you just had the feeling something was going to develop in the near future.

It was later that day, which would end the search process for the missing Canton girl. In a stunning conclusion, it turns out that little Jorelys Rivera, the 1st grader from Canton Elementary School, was about 100 yards away from the playground she was seen at last.

The person who took her away from us, on Friday evening around 5 pm, had taken her life within 90 minutes of making contact with her. A later autopsy would show a blunt force trauma to the head, stab wounds, and a “severe beating” as the GBI Director worded it. After killing her, the killer would dispose of her, like some piece of trash, in a nearby dumpster. This was a large compact dumpster and it did contain a lot of trash in it. One resident living in the River Edge Apartments said, “I put trash in that dumpster over the weekend“. I believe the resident was thinking, Jorelys was placed in the dumpster, shortly after her life ended on Friday. Like the killer would have killed her and then placed her in the dumpster a short time later. I’m not so sure this is what happened. It is the most likely way, the events would play out, but none of us know for sure, what day or time Jorelys was placed in the dumpster.

I do know the sniffing dogs were on the scene. Knowing the dumpster is only 100 yards away, it would seem like the dogs would have picked up the scent. The human body does start decomposing pretty quickly, after we have taken our last breath. Maybe the human nose would have not smelled anything on Saturday, but the dogs could have. Also, the entire day on Sunday went by and still no trace. It does make one wonder, at what time or on which day would she have been brought to the dumpster.

Authorities did go knocking on doors, at a little after midnight one night. Some residents were asked questions; while others just had a quick search of their apartments. And I must say, the residents who had this untimely search, to be conducted on them, did not have any problems with it. The police did say everyone was very coopoerative and that is always a good sign, when something like this happens. Lord knows, we don’t need any outside distractions, when the main focus must stay on the main problem at hand; which in this case, was the 7 year-old Canton girl Jorelys Rivera.

Now we all know where the story goes from here. It’s time to find us a killer and with 65 investigators and a great apartment community helping out, I am sure an arrest will be made real soon! There is a $15,000 award being offered, for anyone who will give out information, that leads to an arrest and a conviction.

Speaking of money…

There is a way we all can help the family out, in their time of need. The employer of the Mom, Pilgrims Pride in Canton, has set up a fund; which anyone can donate money to. Just go or call the United Community Bank in Canton or any of their other locations. Ask to donate money to the: Jorelys Rivera Memorial Fund and make your financial contribution.

Please give what you can. Also, I would hope the playground at River Edge would be named Jorelys Rivera Playground or that some playground in the Canton Area; would carry her memory on. R.I.P. Jorelys…

Sometimes we just don’t need a diet. Often a person is dieting for no reason or at least any good reasons. Most of the time, when you start asking the diet question; is when you need to start a new diet. For others and especially with young women, they look in the mirror and see something that is not really there. It’s really unfair a lot of times with what we think women should look like. The women on television, in fashion magazines, or who participate in beauty pageants are the exception to the rule. In no way, are they the “norm” for our society. It’s too bad Hollywood doesn’t show more normal people in life, which would mean hiring the larger people. Most people in our country now is over weight. The tall and slim bodies may look good, but they are not always healthy.

We see the beautiful people on TV and in the advertisements. We get big doses of this, but we don’t see some of the health problems or the abuse patterns that develop over time. Teenagers shouldn’t try to look like the girls in the magazines. That is not reality and it isn’t realistic in most cases. Taking time out, to start a diet plan is fine. Eating low calorie foods and exercising more is fine. Taking a diet supplement or trying the african mango diet is okay too. The problems come in, when we go overboard with our diets. Seeing a teenage girl in the bathroom with her finger stuck down her throat, is not the message we want to send our young folks. Over dosing on diet pills or taking another person’s prescription diet pills is not the answer either.

If you want an easy diet plan, just go get a partner to join you. The best way to stick to a diet, is to have a diet partner who does everything you do. Set realistic goals, be sure to eat enough each day, and drink plenty of fluids. Having a diet routine with another person, can be fun, rewarding, and make you look just as good as the actors and actresses on the big screen. Our health is everything! Don’t mess with a good thing and if possible, it is always wise to check with the family physician before starting any new eating habits or exercise programs.

One more thing, before I let ya go. If you don’t have a diet partner in your community, at school, or at your job place; you can always look online for one. In fact, just let this blog post be the meeting place for dieters who seek a diet partner. I would be happy to match you guys and gals up. Just reply back with some basic information about yourself and the type of partner you’re looking for. Please state if you want a man or woman partner. What is a general age range for your partner and throw out a number too. The number of pounds you would like to lose and how many weeks you think it will take. Some online dieters may just want a short term partner to help them lose 10 or 15 pounds. All women want to lose weight before their weddings, so it is possible to find two brides-to-be online, with both wanting to lose weight before the big day. And please remember, if you think you need to be on a diet plan, then chances are you do. Just be sure to ask your friends and family first, if you should be on a new diet, and let them make the final call.
