The southern portions of California have beautiful weather year round. I think many residents living in San Francisco, San Diego, or even Los Angeles could save money on transportation by owning a motorcycle. It may not be too safe in L.A. driving or riding on a bike, but you could save money on sky-rocketing fuel costs these days. A bike rider living in Oakland would have to hire a Oakland motorcycle accident lawyer, if they did have an accident riding their bikes in California. It’s not hard to wreck a motorcycle and a slight fender-bender in Beverly Hills could cause major damage to a motorcycle and its rider; that normally wouldn’t be a big deal for a car owner.  Safety is a concern for bike riders in California and saving a few dollars on gas may not be worth it for some.
