I would miss my old state of Georgia, so a bordering state that is like Georgia would be Alabama, Tennessee, North and South Carolina. I would probably feel at home in either of these 4 states located in the deep south. If I ever did get put in this position; where I could get a large chunk of money for selecting a piece of land or real estate outside of Georgia; then I think I would probably choose one of these 4 U.S. states.
