After Christmas Dinner
I know I will go say good bye to my friends and family that are still at my house and I will take a short walk to my bedroom. I will fall down on the bed and throw some blankets over me and sleep away the rest of Christmas Day. I know after you eat a big meal, you’re suppose to go walk around or do something to help burn those calories off of you. I just can’t do it on the big dinners for Christmas and Thanksgiving. I always enjoy my naps after those big holiday meals.
I will probably gain a few pounds, but I can work them off later. Maybe I can just take some diet pills after I eat and they will help me burn off a few pounds. They might wake me up, so I might have to wait until my nap is over with, before I take any pills for losing weight. I don’t treat my body bad like this all year long; I just make exceptions when it comes to the holidays.Click here for reuse options!
