Miley Cyrus the famous singer we know as Hannah Montana is making the news today. One of her tour buses flipped over on a Virginia highway, but the singer Miley Cyrus was not on this bus. There were actually 4 vehicles going south for a upcoming concert appearance and only 1 bus was involved in the accident. Miley is said to be near Nashville, Tennessee and is not in Virginia where the bus accident took place. One person on board did lose their life in this horrible bus accident.

Reports are suggesting now that the concert will still go on this weekend. I find that hard to believe and it seems like a quick and irresponsible decision on the people in charge of Miley’s concert. It will take place on Sunday in Greensboro, N.C., and this would probably be around the same time a funeral will take place for one of her workers. The people in Greensboro should boo Miley Cyrus if she does make her concert appearance on Sunday.

We all know that the show must go on for famous entertainers and it seems this is the way Miley Cyrus’s camp is playing it. This is more of a Hollywood belief and not a southern one. People in the South and the true South do care for their friends and people who work with them or for them. I can assure you that Miley Cyrus and her promoters don’t represent the views of Southerners. No way would a true southerner make just a snap decision; when a person has just lost their life. Perhaps it would be best in the long run to do the show and dedicate it to them, but this quick decision was obviously not in the best interest of this person’s family.

The person that lost their life in this bus accident is unknown and this is because the authorities want to tell their family first. How Miley Cyrus’s camp could already make the decision that the show must go on and this person’s family members don’t even know they are dead yet is just classless. Not the way we do things in the South and it’s terrible we can’t have one of our own representing the values we live by each day. If Miley Cyrus and her promoters can’t take the time to shed a tear for their own; then why should we do anything else for them. I suggest an all out ban on Miley Cyrus products, movies, and anything related to the young star. Don’t expect no one to shed a tear for you Miley Cyrus and this goes for your dad Billy Ray Cyrus too; if something horrible ever happens to you down the road. I can assure you that we all go through hardships in our life and don’t expect the support to be there when this comes to you Miley Cyrus and gang!

I do apologize for these behaviors and my thoughts are with the people that lost a loved one today on a Virginia highway.

These are the people that can get a prepaid card and since it has the Mastercard symbol on it; you will see that it works just like a credit card. You can also use these convenient little prepaid cards to pay for your gas at the pump. I don’t like walking to the cashier or having to wait in line when I buy gas. These prepaid cards will put a stop to that by letting you pay at the pump. I think everyone should own a credit card and if your poor credit history doesn’t allow you to have one; then go with a prepaid debit card!

Powerful Prescription Drugs called Percocet

In today’s society we have all sorts of different pills to take for pain. There are some pain pills that are very strong and then you have some pain pills that are VERY STRONG! The pain pill called Percocet would be in the latter part of this description. Oprah Winfrey Leaving ABC

The end is now in sight and one of the most popular talk shows ever is closing it’s doors for good. Perhaps you have heard about a little show on ABC called the Oprah Winfrey Show? The person that hosts the show happens to be named Oprah Winfrey too and she plans to call it quits. If you spell Oprah backwards you would come up with the word “harpo” and according to Harpo the Oprah Winfrey Show is marking a line in the sand for a ending point to this great story.

Oprah Winfrey has a lot of power on TV and her millions and millions of fans have gave her this power. Most will never forget that power when she made the simple comment about eating no more hamburgers. The reason Oprah Winfrey made this statement was due to Mad Cow disease and it had recently been found in the United States at this time. The Beef Industry was furious and even took Oprah Winfrey to court. Suprisingly Oprah didn’t fight back by doing commercials for chicken or some other industry that would have been in competition with the Beef Industry. I thought that would have been funny, but she was probably happy to just see this part of her life come to an end.

When Does the Oprah Winfrey Show End?

She is still going to be with us for awhile and it isn’t in the near future. Since Oprah and I are about the same in status level in the United States and the World; she gave me exclusive rights first to announce this. So with many thanks to Oprah, I can say that her show will be ending in 2011. I know you guys will miss her much, so I will be sure to pass on any messages, if you would like to leave a reply to this blog post. This is indeed the official Oprah Winfrey Blog and you can be sure the comments and replies left here will be the ones she reads first and has stored for all her great memories with you (the fans) and her daytime talk show.

Oprah Gail Winfrey was born in rural Mississippi on January 29th, 1954. The times were not good back then and her family was in poverty. She has came a long ways from her Mississippi days and at one time she was the only black billionaire in the World. She is easily the most powerful black woman in the World, but most give her the nod when it comes to the most powerful woman in the World period.

It will be a sad day in 2011 when Oprah does decide to call it quits. I’m sure the timing isn’t great for the new black president in America Barack Obama. Oprah did a cleverly disguised campaign during Obama’s run for the White House as she allowed politicians in favor of Barack Obama to appear on her daytime TV show; while not allowing anyone who opposed him or the Democrats. Barack Obama will be up for re-election in 2012 and this will be 1 year after the Oprah Winfrey Show is gone.  She is planning to give full details on her show tomorrow (Friday November 20th). Be sure to tune in to the Oprah Winfrey Show on Friday and you will have the chance to be a part of history. I’m sure this has the makings of being one of the highest rated Oprah Winfrey Shows ever (in terms of people watching at home). Stay tuned…

No matter how often you buy a new car there is always bound to be something that tears up soon and will need a new auto part. A recent show featured osteoporosis and the things women should do to prevent and help treat their osteoporosis conditions. This was a special show that featured Hollywood actress Sally Fields. Sally is someone that has been diagnosed with osteoporosis and has done many things since her diagnosis to treat her own symptoms. She has made tremendous strides with her battles with osteoporosis and other women can do the same too. Sally Fields has created a group that is called “Rally with Sally” and this is a group for other women to find help and support when it comes to osteoporosis.

She didn’t sit where the other guests sit around the Doctors desk on the show. I don’t think Sally has been watching too many episodes of the Doctors TV Show on ABC. Normally you will see the guests sit between Dr. Drew Ordon and Dr. Jim Sears. The cast stood up to give Sally Fields a warm ovation when she made her way to the desk and added in a extra chair. Dr. Ordon was a little slow getting to his chair and this allowed Sally Fields the chance to sit in her choice of seats. She picked the wrong one! I wonder what was going through Dr. Stork, Dr. Masterson, Dr. Sears, and Dr. Ordon’s head when Sally Fields the big movie star just sat down in the wrong spot? She sat in Dr. Ordon’s seat and this forced him to move closer to his buddy Dr. Jim Sears. In the future, the Drs might want to warn their famous guests in advance, because they probably don’t watch the show too much. After Sally Fields made herself shown a couple of times, she had to leave the show early and wouldn’t even stay for the full hour at the taping of the Drs TV Show.

Sally Fields just had a birthday on November 6th and the actress turned 63 years old in 2009. She recommended for all women to start getting screened for osteoporosis when they turn 60 years old, but Dr. Masterson came right back and said women should start at 50 years old; instead of 60. Osteoporosis is the process of our bones losing their density. The less dense our bones become, the more likely they’re to break or it’s much easier to break them from minor falls or something as simple as a sneeze could cause a broken bone. Men can get osteoporosis but it is much more common in women. About 1 out of every 2 women will get osteoporosis in their lifetime. Now is the time to start taking measures to prevent osteoporosis, so you will have less worries in your golden years.

Exercise is important for preventing and treating osteoporosis. There are some great foods women should start eating more of to prevent and treat osteoporosis. If you have concerns about osteoporosis; then try to eat more salmon, squash, and sweet potatoes to help combat the effects of osteoporosis. Since Thanksgiving is coming soon, you should be able to find a sweet potato pie for one of the desserts. The over rated team from Southern California took another step toward their status as an unproven and money driven college football team. You would never think the number 9 team in the nation would lose to two weak Pac 10 teams; while only winning by 5 points the week before. These bias voters toward the USC Trojan football program and the respect they get from the BCS Rankings is just crazy. A very average team from the Pac 10 handed a beat down to the mighty Trojans; who have never been mighty at all. Their preseason rankings each year is a black mark on college football and the system would work fine, if you took out the USC bias voters and the way these voters build up other teams that are opponents for the USC football team.

Stanford rolled in to the Coliseum and left no doubts to the country that this team isn’t a top 25 team in the country. It all starts with the quaterback in football and starting a new season with a true freshmen quarterback should have been enough to get USC out of the top 25 rankings. Even with their poor play against average to weak teams still didn’t seem to bother the BCS and the way they kept this team floating in the standings. It’s a sad situation in Southern California and to the rest of the country that love college football. Even with this historical blowout on their home turf, they will still be considered a top 25 team. We have all got caught up in this Pete Carol fantasy and it’s time the BCS takes this team out of the top 25 teams in the country. They haven’t been a top 25 team for a long time now and it’s unfair to give these guys BCS bowl games they don’t deserve. It’s over USC and no recruits want to come to a school with pending charges from the NCAA coming. USC is going to lose bowl eligibility in the near future; since they paid Reggie Bush’s family money. You can not pay players or their families in college sports and the NCAA is being monitored to see how they deal with the payments USC college gave to the New Orleans Saints Reggie Bush’s family.

The season is over for USC and it’s been over for a long time now. There is no reason why this team should be a top 10 or even a top 25 team next year. The preseason polls can show some justice and keep the USC Trojans from the 10 best teams in the country, because it’s USC that is the problem in college football. The BCS rankings and system will work; when we get impartial voters and polls for these college football rankings. USC deserves no post season football this year and all bowl games should ban USC from their games.

I think for most of us, it still goes back to two simple steps. If we will get more active in our daily lives and burn off extra calories that way, we will slowly start to lose weight. The other simple step is just to eat less. This doesn’t mean to stop eating, but just eating a little less each day and doing a little more exercise each day and your body over an extended period of time will lose weight. No one should be trying weight loss on the fast approach and the slow and steady approach is the best way to go for anyone that wants to lose more weight.
